Home Loan / Mortgage Related Website Inquiry

I currently own a domain that I am interested in turning into a website where individuals and businesses can shop around for the best rate for home loans and/or mortgages.

The domain I possess is called LockOurRate.com and my ambition is to turn it into a functional website that consumers can use to select which home loan provider best suits their particular needs.

With the home loan and mortgage crisis affecting hundreds of thousands of people, my goal is to create a site that gives consumers options.

Does anyone have any experience with this type of website? Perhaps someone is interested in building a partnership with this type of site in mind. If so, let me know.
