blog hosting script?

I am not liking to use wordpress MU because its kinda non-professional and looks very simple.

what are other options for this, I know hostpress and bloghoster, But both are out of my pocket.

6al.net is in my pocket but the author never replied to my query, So i have cut its name as well.

What else? Please support me by let me know some more blog hosting scripts.

There is one more "Blog system" script, but the author is gone mad with the pricings. IMHO not worth the prices.

You can get skins for MU on wordpress. I'll ask Tom (an admin here) to reply to this specific thread asap.

I can read he i snot willing to go for WP-MU.

I dont see any other option available other then listed in opening post.

I think Wordpress MU is the leading option. Perhaps you can find a theme/skin for it that is more professional and appealing.

Have you considered getting a script and putting it on your own server / domain? This way, you will always have it. I have heard stories where some bloggers were suspended due to content or too much advertising and they lost all their data
