Question How to improve my site?

I just finished my website:

www.ImGettingBored.com

and i was wondering if any one has anyways i can improve it.

Some one mentioned to make a better banner, but im not very good with graphics. Any other suggestions?

The videos / games do not load. It tells me what the top video and game is, but no where to play the video and game. You might want to fix it asap!

Try using divs instead of tables, it's keyword friendly.

It's a lot shorter too, and loads the page faster.

Some of us can't switch to divs easily. We've been using tables for some time.
