I noticed that site with HTTPS is secure compare HTTP (the one I'm making right now) How do I create such a site?

You need to buy an SSL cert from a company. They are around $25+ Some lead upto thousands.

What kind of site are you making? Some sites such as forums like this won't need ssl.

No, I would like to setup a site for the company that I'm working with right now. They want to sell product online so I want to set a secure pages for client to make their payment. I can charge that $25++ to my bill :P
