You can find some sites like rentacoder.com and hire coders for cheap rates.

Sohan, I have tried those websites for freelancers, but after a struggle to discuss the project details, finally they offer you some nulled scripts, a lot of time wasters are there, So i dont want to mess with them up at all.

Good news I got a coder :-)

If you dont have $ to buy a book from lybraries i will redirect u at Dean Website
But if u have $ go to a lybrary to get one, it's more easy! Trust me, i've got 1 book with PHP Programming
