I can not say which seo tools work best, there is alot of seo tools on the net, you have to search and keep to the one that sweet you most. Thisdays different seo tools are coming to the market.

Oh BTW these guys whose SEO tools I mentioned above (Link-Assistant.Com SEO Software) made an announcement for bilingual German, Spanish and French-speaking SEOs and webmasters - one can translate part of their software and get a license in exchange.

I don't use so many tools but one friend of mine who has few forums uses vBseo for optimization. She says its pretty awesome.
