Proxy Topsites lists

Is there a resource thread for real proxy Topsites which work and send traffic really?

I see thousands of Topsites but I am very sure they do NOT at all send any traffic, Why not list topsites here, which send traffic.

It is a Proxy Topsites, I see right now they are not listing any proxies anymore. But it was kinda famous a month ago.

If you know any proxy topsites, please help here building a resource list.
