Hey,
I've found a CPM publisher that pays $0.50 fixed.
RmbClick: Online Advertising Ad Network are very good, and have very good support.
Probably pay double compared to adversal on average.

BTW, what about Adbrite, what are they like? I've read some decent things about them and how they pay.

any good cpm affliate?, that you could recomanded? i mean like banner now pop-up or pop-under. just plain banner cpm that accept proxy site and can pay through py pal or egold.
