Verify Paypal using VCC

Hello all, do you think using VCC to verify our Paypal account is legal and good?
Will they freeze our account if they know we are using VCC to verify Paypal account?

Borderline legal, but not good.
Ideally you want a proper credit card, bank account and home address. Those are the rules!
They may well freeze your account if they review it and find something amiss. You'll struggle to get it reinstated if you haven't got the correct documentation.

What is VCC ?

VCC = virtual credit card.
It's basically a credit card preloaded with a certain amount of cash, which exists only as a number. If that makes sense?!

I dont now that vcc is legal on unlegal.

But i need a vcc for verifying my paypal ID. thare are many person use vcc for verifying thare Acc on paypal.

I got solid doubts whether it is legal or illegal.It's true that many people use VCC's to verify their paypal accounts since they do not want to hassle with bank process and most of them do not want to involve their credit cards to their transactions due to hijackers.
