Offline Payment Options

Do you offer any offline payment methods (money orders/checks)? Do you find there is a need for it anymore?

There is no need to use offline payment method, because it is very long to get if you're dealing with overseas customer.
It's est to use payment processor like Paypal.

I dont' think we need any offline payment methods now. because there are lot of online payment methods which are faster than offline. when you choose offline payment methods it will take more than 10 to 15 days to get your check( it depends on the country). but online payment methods will take only a sec. So i don't offer any offline payment methods.

No, i do not think there is any need to offer offline, when PayPal still exists

There is definitely need for offline payment still. As a freelance writer, some of my clients don't even have a paypal account, or know what it is. Therefore, they'd rather send me a money order, which is fine by me, especially for larger sums, because I only get $2 taken out of it by the bank.

Beware of WU , as once your buyer picks up the money, you have no control over it.

So i will suggest you to keep an eye open

i think sending check is the best way for offline payment processing. If something happen, you can still cancel that check if that check still on the way.

That's exactly why I don't allow my clients to pay me via personal checks. If they cancel them before I can deposit them, I'm out of time and double the money, because I could have worked for someone else and gotten that money.
