Have you came across any genuine VCC (visa/mastercard) generating website which accepts paypal/egold as for loading the funds? 'n also Reloadable with no monthly fees would be better. Pls. share your own experience dealing with them. Thanks.
In my country, i already try one. But its only for paypal. Not for e-gold. Its called tunemoney prepaid card. Its really good and can use like debit card. I love to use this one when shopping online.
