How many of you generate sitemaps for your sites? Currently, ALL my websites I run have a sitemap generated.

I add a few to my webmaster account, but every site has one.

I have never generated a sitemap to my websites. how it is going to help us? what we are going to get by creating a sitemap? Is it just handy to us or to the visitors too?
