Can PR change in one day?

I notice my blog PR change from 2 to N/A. Then when I checked again, it seems to increase back to 2. What happen there? Checker trouble or PR can easily change?

It depends which DC the toolbar is retrieving its data from.
Around update time there is variation between the DCs and such fluctuations are common.

I have seen news sites before release new news and the story already has a high PR. I don't know how it's done, but it happens.

Of course PR can be changed. And about your case, i think you check different pages of your site. I think different pages will have different PR.

Google has a habbit of moving PR up and down over an update process...or some PR checkers dont work properly...Some say my domains have fake PR, when I know for a fact they dont...

I think it's possible that PR will be changed.
If PR isn't change, then it is an advantage for site that have high PR before.
And how can new site get PR if Google never updated PR site
