Do they pay me???

There are so many irrelevant ads on my website like "pregnancy weight gain" and so on. I wander does I ever get paid for them at all??? or should I remove them from my site??

Do not worry about that because each and every ad in a site pay if some body have clicked on it. Even I have some really funny and irrelevant ads but they bring money to my site.

Don't worry about it. I'm sure someone will bound to click it (with intention or not) I did having same ads on my blog (with three different Adsense format) but there's still a click or two on it.

most newbies click ads by accsident anyway so you might get clicks from that

As long you dont get non-profitable ads like donation, etc, you will still get paid, but with less rate i think.

If you have irrelevent ads you need to be doing better keyword targeting.

Google will always pay you if some one clicked on your ad's. you need to use proper key words in your content to get good ad's. so try to use keyword targeting content it will help you in many ways. if you are not a writer then outsource it to a good writer.
