Color mystery???

Just wandering that what is the reason between the gray and white color Google toolbar?? I have noticed it many times but didn't understand what is the mystery behind the color??

Could any one tell why it is so???

White color means that the Page Rank assigned to a site is 0 and gray color means that no Page Rank assigned to a site, it is still virgin!! lol

Green color means some PR assigned and at present all my site have green color.

Gray color stands for no Page ranks and white color stands for zero Page rank. Right now I own four sites and only one of them have page rank 4. Rest two are with PR 0 and one is have no PR assigned.

The grey no PR display is quite a new thing - just crept in about 3 months ago (although they did try it out a couple of years back). Some suspicious sorts think that it means you've been given the black spot (eg. have been penalised) by Google. Me, I think it just means they can't be arsed to assign a proper rank to your site!
