Google will take some time to re-index your site, just have little patience!! It takes generally 2-3 days to re-index but that depends. It good that you changed your site keywords as they helpful in increasing PR.
Give them some time. They usually take few days to re-index a site. My site was re-indexed after seven days. You will notice a change in traffic to your site. traffic to my site was increased little bit after re-indexing.
It requires a few days to re-index your website, if your content is nice 'n uptodate plus your target keywords are really matching the stuff then traffic surely follows. Be patient, Just wait for few days. Best of Luck.
As all our mates said it won't take much time. its very good you have changed your keywords. if they are very good they will bring you lots of traffic in and i'm pretty sure you will earn some good money from it. just wait for few days every thing will be fine.
