If they are getting direct type in traffic i'd happily take them out your hands for a fee.
On appraising these kind of names you would need to take into consideration:
1) Where the traffic is coming from?
You would want UK/US traffic over Chinese/Iranian traffic. But im guessing most people already know that!
2) What is the source of traffic?
Direct type in / Links / SE's / Typo?
Direct type in domains would be worth most. However, for a CCC.org i very much doubt it gets direct type in's unless its a typo of some sort.
3) Trend of traffic..
If you have had the domain for 5 months, and it has had constant traffic for this period, you can expect more than a domain which has gradually slumped in traffic.
___________
Generally, CCC.org's wont be sold for above reg fee unless they have significant traffic or a meaning of some sort.
Yes all things are important the source of traffic and its PR and also the pattern of the traffic as it should be distributed evenly all along the 24 hrs.
