I am confused!!

I few days back brought a domain with with a word Google in it. Then my friends told me that you may get banned or sued because of that Google word in it. I am confused now and What to know is it safe to use it??

Your friends could be right. Google is a registered trademark so the Corporation could, in the theory, try and reclaim that domain name from you. It has happened in the past with the adsense.com domain name - now owned by Google but previously owned, quite legitimately, by a company who just happened to have a product by that name. The curious thing is they owned that domain name before Google AdSense even came into existence, but the power of Google meant they won in court anyway.

In reality that's unlikely to happen BUT I would avoid using AdSense on that domain - it's a good enough excuse for them to ban you (not that they need an excuse).

Even if it's about google, I think that if the name was already registered as a trade mark and owned by that company, google had nothing left to do, but lose. But since they didn't have it registered, google won and even legally.

Registering a domain with any trademark in it can be asking for you to be a homeless bumm walking the streets.
