What do you think guys??

My friends told me that If you want to increase the page rank of a site then you should have good quality sub-domain. They could be the one way of increasing PR. I have used this technique but I found that it depends on the quality of the sub-domains, when I searched about it.

What do you think guys??

I don't think that is true. Good Sub domain is not necessary for better PR. In fact sub domain is treated as a different domain by Google

I think sub domain have their own PR. There is possibility where a subdomain have better PR than the main domain.

I don't really think sub domains would help much to increase your page rank. I do agree with alec11 though.
