Well I've had various offers ranging from £150 to over £250, some from businesses.

I genuinely believe it is worth that.. you don't get much better than that if you're looking to sell the iPod Touch!

A clear TM infringement here.

I would say owning this domain name is a liability and advise you to offload at the next given opportunity.

That's exactly what I was thinking.
You might be safe if you sell it to an official Apple dealer, but that's about it.

Not a very good idea, CountryBoy.

Whats stopping them from legally taking the domain from the owner? A clear TM infringement alongside the intent to gain revenue on the particular domain... would not look good for the owner.

IMO, stay away from TM's unless you know what you're doing/getting yourself into.

Yes, this domain might have problems with trademarks. I always wonder why people register trademarked domains knowing the risk associated with them.
