Well I've just finished up my second can of M-Stak. Unlike my first can, this one was imported from america, and I honestly believe it was different.

This new can made me feel more hungry, and the effects came right at the end of the can (last 4-5paks). During the first 2 weeks, I couldn't stop eating, but in the last week my bodyfat and eating dropped, and I gained that muscle I was hoping for.

On this can I'd say 1-2Kg of muscle was gained, while loosing some fat. My...
