Yap, i heard about that before. Many my friends already get banned from paypal because of that reason. SO, my advice just use prepaid visa card or debit card. Its more better choice if you cannot have credit card.

Even Gifts cards are banned now. So i will suggest to get a valid CC or Real Bank Account for PayPal
