Well if its your personal blog then random titles are okay. but when it comes to promoting your business sites yeah you need some good keywords in your titles and the title should say what's the topic is about then only your post will grab an eye of viewers. As Sohan said
SEO side will make some good traffic and that traffic will turn into some good cash.
