Today, I decided to keep things that little bit more organized. So I installed a help desk. This help desk will be answered by our moderators and admins as well as other support staff.
This help desk will be used for reporting tickets and contacting us. It should help you stay updated and be in the know.
The help desk will be free just as all our services are.
I will be configuring the help desk today, deciding the departments and email addresses. I haven't decided yet if I will have a public interface for the help desk or not.
I will be using free help desk software until I can gather enough funds to purchase another Kayako license which will integrate directly into our forums.
