stop hotlinking in CGI proxy with IIS

Hello all,
I have read thru the forum on many topics and i am wandering something i cant seem to find on the internet. I just built my website and i have CGI proxy working. What i want to prevent is a hacker finding the exact link to my proxy and bypass logging in to use my proxy. I only created for me and friends from work. I have found some script on google, but most of it mainly pertains to Apache and i am running IIS 6. I am not sure were i need to put any code in my nph-proxy.pl script or if there is a better free program to make someone login first. I built my site around .asp and have a login and everything. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
P.S. if you explain anyhting, please understand i am new to scripts and only understand a little.
